why did i feel this way?

ok so im begginer in magick and i just took a kinda meditation bath you could say?with,sea salt,rose petals,a cup of fresh water,and some aloe plant,in hot water like always,i meditated and visulized and felt this amazing feeling rush though me then when i got out i felt kinda ligh headed and dizzy and thats never happen before in a normal bath?any exsplainations or suggestions
