Is it Physically possible to do a spell with powerful witches to change into one or have the abilities? I am just curious.

The above is wrong. You can't get the abilities or powers of a wolf or bat, neither werewolf or vampire.

Only psychic vampires exist. there is a psychological disorder where people believe they have to drink blood but i don't want to get in to that

Psychic vampires do exist but their basically psychic leeches is all. Their are cults that exist were they believe they are vampires, they also do drink blood from host that volunteer.
Basically it is under religous protection rights and freedom of belief but they do consider Vampirism a type of spirituality.
