moving celestial bodies

would it be possible to actually "move", or manipulate, celestial bodies like planets and stars?

If it was, it would take a whole ****load of energy to even possibly do it. And then there's the fact that it has its orbit and the gravitational pull of it would be too strong for anyone to move it themselves using energy or whatever else.

This reminds me of two things:

• The Transforms 3-In which Sentineial Prime bright Cyberton to Earth using some sort of Bridge Device.
• The Show called "The Event" in which Sophia and her People bring their dying planet to Earth.

Either way, moving planets and similar things is beyond humans at least for the moment in time, who knows we could evolve to a point some time in the future we we are strong enough and capable of handling such immense power. But for now I think it is left to the Gods, or in my case The Creator to achieve such feats.

Scientifically speaking it's theoretically possible, but like Bloody said, an enourmous power supply would be needed, and I don't think we have anything that powerful enough on Earth.
