does anyone here really know magic or just people here role playing because i am really interested in learning and want to find a serious teacher i posted something and some 14 year old little girl saying she can teach i want an older more experienced teacher someone that has had success in creating and casting spells and making them work i read alot of these spells on here and there all great but i want to learn about magic before i start trying to cast spells so i dont mess it up and do something i shouldnt please contact me in need of helping in learning the basics send me reading materials anything that would help me to learn more thank you
Just keep something in mind before you say '14 year old little girl' and 'more experienced.' You don't have to be older to be experienced. If she didn't have her age there, I bet you would've accepted without a second though.
Not being rude, just giving you some pointers so you make friends insted of enemies and to help so you actually DO get teachers. For all you know, you could've just shunned a really amazing teacher. And it's best to start with the basics, if you know what I mean. =)
Most people here know some magic and the roleplayers are easy to sort out. As the person before me said, age does not always equal experience and some of the greatest trolls and roleplayers that I have seen on this site are older than forty. If you want to learn, first go to the newbie central, and then read a lot of the forum posts. Illyrium just posted a wonderful article in the forums about how to design your own spells. Also, if you ask a question, unless it's something silly, most people here will be glad to help you out. Also, try to go on the chat a bit. When they are not messing around, you can usually pick up something interesting. Finally, practice a lot on what you know. Hope I could help.
I am sorry did not mean to be rude i just would just like an older person to teach their only 14 next thing you know police are knocking on my door because im talking to a 14 year old and i would rather it be someone older who has been practicing for more then 14 years
Trob there's a ton of practitioners on here but you need to find them. Just look around and ask for help and be willing to learn and do the work. Ask the why's and how's of things and you'll go far. ^_^
some people who practice for more than that time are more foolish than those who have practiced a short amount of time. Like said above age doesn't equal experience. and the cops shouldn't come knocking if your being good and non sexual
