I can't use the Live Chat

I did the test and I believe I answered all of the questions correctly, but it still says I answered the question wrong. Help?

Re-read each question carefully before answering.

If you had answered them all correctly, you would be able to chat ;)

As Rash said, read them very carefully.

Not to give them away, but there is one you are meant to do differently than the others.

I am completely new to this site so can someone please tell me what test?
