I have a theory about werewolves. I think that actual werewolves can transform at any time, are a different species than humans (despite striking similarities and unconfirmed possibility of crossbreeding), and do not reproduce by biting. Werewolves that change during the full moon, if they exist, are the victims of a curse that was probably created long ago and spread from one to another over the centuries. The latter often (there may be exceptions) forget who they are during the transformation and follow animal instincts until the moon vanishes.

That which had a great place in mythology and legend has turned into solace for children, numbed by media, and, generally, by far too much being given to them in their over-indulgent lives.

what Zebrah was saying is this: Werewolves are a myth. they were an important part of the mythology of the region, but now everyone thinks that they are werewolves.

In other words, WEREWOLVES. ARE. FAKE. if there was ever any truth behind the legends, the truth has long since died.
