Astral Projection

Hello everybody... Im J.P ... Im interested in an out of body experience. I have been practicing a few methods nd techniques that i know 4 a while and I havent got anytin yet.. so need sum help.. please share methods nd techniques u guys that are already doing it.. or post comment, anytin, if ur sum1 whos havent trouble 2, then share it, say what u have done or anytin... thank U :)

It can take awhile. I struggled with AP until I tried working with dream walking and lucid dreaming, which helped considerably.
The more control you have over your spiritual bodies and energy, the better, if your having a hard time with AP, work with your control, it can benefit you in more then just the Projection.

Ok thank u, bt I use 2 have lucid dreams tho.. I mean sumtims... Bt rite nw I cnt even remember mi dream nd I havent get out of body wit fully awake

I tink dat wen u dream walk, it is ur body dats nt a sleep.. bcuz wen u dreamin, ur body is actualy asleep nd wen ur body is nt asleep nd ur dreamin u get 2 make the movement dat ur doin wen in a dream
