Hello everyone , im alex and 16 years old , and comes from norway

I've been having sorta future dreams for like 5-6 years now.. i really dont know how to control anything, things just happens..
i belive its starting to geting out of control and now im seeking help here, mostly i just dream nothing.. blank , when i dream its like i get dejavu's like weeks after i dreamt it, its sorta weird feeling.. so im seeking help here , thanks for answer and help!
