I Might Need Some Help.

I need some advice on what to do. I woke up this morning to a horrible screaming noise, and this dark figure looming over me. It gave me a cold and extremely uncomfortable feeling. I couldn't help but feel like I knew the entity or thing, but none the less it really frightened me. With what I've picked up on the last week, I think I managed to get a dual ball of protection around me. I'm not sure if the thing was going to try to hurt me... but what does anyone think I should do? I don't know that I really feel safe sleeping currently.

If you recognize it... maybe it's a part of you? Like an unconsciously made egregore/servitor?

My teacher banished mine by sprinkling blessed water around the space-- she confirmed what I thought, that they came from me, but disagreed that I had anything to learn from them or the ability to re-absorb them into my body. So, banishing I guess... =/ or you can ground its energy or break it up so that it returns to the ether, for permanence...

Thanks Aeon... I will see what happens and give the banishing a shot.

Just an update folks... I figured out what it was, and all is well. It's just someone being a little overprotective.
