I have some uncontrollable sneezing fits ocasionally. But, it's mainly and an itchy a nose and eyes. I get this once every year, due to the seasons.

I get that to, i actually really hurt my back in one of my sneezing fits. You can get medication in your local chemist :D.

Check out the Chinese remedy Bi Yan Pian - you can buy it online. It's pretty much a wonder pill for seasonal allergies. Of course, you should consult with an acupuncturist/Chinese herbalist first.

As soon as the allergy hits, rinse your nose with a neti pot, and eat raw (unpasteurized) honey from a local honey provider. That will help flush out the pollen, but you need to determine what, exactly, you are allergic to...grass? trees? mites?

It really depends on what you are allergic to. Instead of seeking herbal advice, see your doctor before you decide on anything.

The remedy for seasonal allergies where I live is to eat plenty of local honey :)
