Plenty ways. Try carving the secret on a piece of bread and placing the bread outside where animals can eat it, while saying something along the lines:
"As the Moon wanes and bread is eaten, so must the secret be forgoten, Earth, Air , Water and Fire, Spirits aid, this is my desire"
Obviouslly, should be done when Moon is wanning.
Other ways may inlude soaking secret written on brown paper in Household ammonia, or Four thieves vinegar, or destroying such papper in elements ( burning, releasing in some whirlpoll etc )
Blackmail, bribrairy, threatening, plain beating them into shock usually helps me. i recommend the first two though. make them forget, a spell might work but blackmail works best.
haha those are gud, but im afraid that it will turn the other way around; him blackmailing me instead of me blackmailing him. he knows my secret, and i dont have any to blackmail him..
Rule number 22 of life...Always have dirt on someone before telling a secret! Or bribairy offer him money, (fake)gold, to take off the death spell you just put on him(jk).Lol.
Hello! Bored had some really good ideas, and I would definitely recommend four thieves vinegar! But another way is to try and bind the person, of course following the Wiccan Rede or the moral code you follow, if any. A simple binding spell should do the trick, to prevent the person from telling the secret. If that's your concern. You can make a poppet, and bind it's/their lips with string and say something to the affect of: "With this cord, I implore, and tie you lips forevermore, from telling all ill and bane, and from speaking maliciously of me again." You can maybe add something about the secret which you told, and perhaps change it. I just made that up on the spot, so it needs some work. And for binding, you may want to use the seal of Saturn, if your into using planets, and maybe make a sigil of their name and seal it.

unirelevent: ohh i knoww.. goshh.. well actually i didnt told him the secret, it just happened that he read/saw it.awww.. ( need to be extra more careful nxt tym)just learned a lesson the hard way.. lol
mjvblue: thanks for the additional input!!! i just a have question with that, this might be a stupid question though.. :) so do i use the seal of saturn by sewing the mouth or something? can u give me more tips on how to seal the lips using the seal of saturn..?lol sorry for the stupid question... :)
