help with spell casting

hello to all
i want to ask you something related to spell casting,
I dont really know how to switch from one moment to the other.
i explain it beter.
I sit down i clear my mind with breathing exercieses than i center myslef (image a center in my body) and that i image myself in forest pulling energy from the wing and the threes when i think i have eneogh energy i switch over to the spell, but i feel like i lose the enrgy i rased ...how do you do it?

reread what you type before submitting cuz there's some words that don't make sence.

i've never heard of someone loosing their energy once charged, you might be grounding yourself when you get up from meditating, like if you put your hands on the ground to stand up. you could try dancing or chanting instead, but it might harbour the same result.
