I have never casted a spell before but I am looking for a spell to make two people hate eachother and for him to come back to me. Can someone help me step by step please

Oh yes! Casting isn't about speaking a few words, lighting candles, and throwing ingredients together. It takes dedication. It is not a game. You can't just follow instructions and expect results.
I'm so tired of seeing people, having no respect for the craft, yet wanting to learn it for selfish reasons.
If you have never casted before, than you will not be able to properly achieve that sort of goal without months if not years of study. By then, those two people won't even matter to you any longer.
If you still try because someone here tells you differently, you're going to end up doing nothing but opening a world of trouble for yourself. There is nothing more dangerous than a clueless "dabbler", especially one who enters magick to manipulate others. You're going to attract very unwanted attention from spiritual nasties.
Do the right thing, and if you're truly interested in walking down a path of magick, do it to better yourself, the inside, not to alter other people's lives because you can.
This has nothing to do with ethics, beliefs, or values. There is a very good reason why magick was kept secret in the past, and why even still most of it remains secret.
I feel I must orient you into taking a different look on whatever situation is driving you to want this type of spell. It might look good from your position now, it might actually cause you more harm. To manipulate an emotion through magic would be creating something thats not really sincere, if the person you want back to you wants to he will. Manipulating this for your sake can only bring an outcome different from the one created in your head. For example, he might go back to you and end up cheating, etc.
I swear, White Raven, you should really write a post and sticky it for newcomers to see, about casting negative spells, love spells, etc. There are many people coming here asking for spells for negative purposes everyday, and I hope none of them harm themselves doing them.
The three fold law is not a universal truth, it is a belief not everyone accepts.
I wouldn't mind writing something, but there is no guarantee it will be stickied. I'd be better off writing an article. Problem with that is, I'd need to join a coven to write an article. I wouldn't want to join a coven just to write articles. So much trouble for one little thing!
I suggest you must first do a ´break-up spell´ to get the two people apart.
When thats done, a ´return lover spell´ I suggest ´compel´spell on here, that has worked for me.
Start off by practicing on your focus and meditation. I started with love spells 3 years ago but got some sloppy results as I wasnt really focused.
Now, with practice I managed to get my ex back twice. Unfortunately, the spells didnt last long and now hes gone. You have to remember to refresh the spell every couple of months to keep lasting results.
Now I have to start all over again to try and get him back(my ex) which is very irritating.
Thats a lot of work don't you think, if he left i think you should let him stay gone, if he is the right one for you nothing in this world can stop him from coming back to you. Like they say: if you love something let it go for it will surely come back to you.
You need experience to cast a spell! First step is to see the people, you have to analyze the situation (with tarot for example) to see what will happen with people without magick. Then you have to think about consequences, to make them hate eachother is not white magick, you have to manipulate their energies. But if you want- you can do this. What spell is the right depends on your situation. You can force him to stay with you, but it isn't possible to force him to love you. Hate spells we cast with spirits from cementary, it is dangerous work...nothing for beginner.
