What to do?

I have created a energy ball and felt it in my hands (but cant see it) andi dont know what to do.

I cant seem to get it visible and dont know what to do with the energy ball in my hands.

Many cannot physically see an energy ball. As for what to do with it, you can build on it and use it for a form of shield. If you do nothing with it, it will eventually dissipate, or be absorbed.

I create energy balls when I am in a healing session. I form it and have my patient form their hands into a bowl, I then drop the ball onto their hands and then I motion for the energy to go into their body for extra healing power. Keep up your efforts as they are paying off, I can sometimes see them but mostlyly I can feel the warm vibrations coming from them.I once gave an energy mouse to my ministers wife, she was amazed because the energy ran up her forearm.
