I need help with a revenge spell or a banishment spell
What do you guysgals recommend?
I am new at this, but there is a person who torments me
He is mean and cruel, and I have been dealing with this person

Magically speaking, I would suggest trying to turn the actions back at the sender, but im not sure what your skill set is. Non magically I would suggest talking to someone about what is going on and finding ways to deal with the issue. Many people have trouble around the holiday with the added stress. In general, magic also appears to work more efficiently when it has many paths to work.
I know thats gotta be tough, but if you use a revenge spell you get it back thrice. Best thing is to let karma take care of him. I wouldnt go as far as a banishment spell either, but a binding spell could work. Make sure you end it with may it harm none. I don't know a specific spell but wanted to help you not get burnt. Theres alot of people on here who seem not to respect Karma. Sadly for them Karma has no master
In Hoodoo Hot foot , Get away, and Get lost spells are most common choice for such , or Banishment , wich is to work on people in less harmful way ( midler than the Hot foot ) . Here is an example of such spell, I have founded online quite some time ago and saved it, but unfortunatelly there were no credits, hence I can not provide them eithe r:
BANISHING A TROUBLESOME PERSON
Use a black candle, with a picture of the person (if obtainable) placed underneath, also a piece of parchment with the person's name on it.
Carve the Divine Names "Eel kanno taf" onto the black candle.
Anoint the candle with Banishing Oil. Burn for nine nights, each night reading Psalm 94. Put the candle out after Psalm is done (NOT by blowing it out). On the last night let the candle burn all the way down.
While the candle burns (on each night), meditate and focus STRONGLY on the aim in mind. Imagine STRONGLY the person leaving you alone; imagine STRONGLY their evil deeds turning back onto themselves. Do this for about 5 minutes each night before you pray the Psalm.

Now there are some nice advices on how to use common household items such as Broom, Salt , Pepper , Vinegar, Sulphur to get rid of unwanted people and stop them from harming You or coming back to Your house in "Folklore from Adam County Illinois" by Harry Middletone Hyatt, so I suggest You take a look there.
I do not suggest revenge, for in my humble opinion it would just be spining in same vicious circle in Your case, but If You wish, You can use powder made with Ground Ivy, Cayenne, Mugwort , possibly some Vandal root, spread in X patern where they will walk on it. As I said here is unethical and not really needed, but, of course, I'll leave it to You to decide.
There are good Conjure jar spells to prevent enemy form harming You, involving soaking certain plant in jar with vinegar, and burning buttet and up side downplaced candle on the jar bottom followed by words of power that speak of how Your enemy's harm shall turn sour, like vinegar etc.
