Draconic Alliance?

I've seen things on people's profiles about somethign called the Draconic Alliance? What is this?

The more I google it, the more it turns out to be:

The Convention of the Draconic Alliance (hereafter "The Convention") is a charter setting forth the notion of a new form of co-operation between wikis with a shared interest in fantasy, namely that sort which prominently features the Dragon or the idea of the dragon, in any form of folklore, myth, history and fantasy fiction.

Not to be confused with Dragon Magick or Draconic Wicca. Absolutely no reference or inference to magick, paganism, or witchcraft of any sort.

try asking the people, i've heard of it, but i don't know of it. if that made sense. it probably has something to do with dancing with dragons, pasically working as equals with dragons for magic and/or joining together to become one with dragons and learn their secrets [which is reserved for lifelong practitioners] or somehow keep dragon magic to themselves. [kind of like alchemists] but again, only speculation. just ask them, they should give you an answer.

Oddly enough I think my spirit guide is a Lunar Dragon. Coincedence much? =P

I've practiced Dragon Magick myself for 20 years and never heard of any such notion. Then again I've heard of weirder things cooked up in the name of something creditable.

^^ yea, i think i've seen/heard of it on another site, but i never looked into it mostly because from what i've seen dragon magic is rather solitary, it's been hard finding other people who practice and want to teach, so i'm doing research and if i'm lucky, talking to people who also study.
