Foresight

Hi, I'm a new member but I've been following this site for a while, ever since I realized I have some abilities in the area of foresight. I can't see the future, but I'm able to sense things before they happen, usually only hours or minutes. But I can't CONTROL this. I'm usually day dreaming or thinking about nothing in particular and I sense something. Is there a way to fine-tune my ability for greater use? (No, not for any dumb reason like seeing the future and winning the lottery).

Thank you for your input. I figured foresight would be more difficult to fine-tune that a lot of other spells. I'm willing to put the effort in, I just wasn't sure how to go about doing it. Thanks again :)
