someone said that there are 13 abilities is that true, and if so what are they

13 abilities? do you mean people can only gain 13 abilities?

or

we only have 13 abilities and it takes practice to utilize them?

or

something altogether different?

most people can only use 13 but some can use more.

Some people believe that we are born with 13 gifts. Is this what you are referring to? If so, here is what I know on that.

It is believed by some religions, Christianity being one of them, that when we are born (or in some cases when we are converted to a religion) we are given 13 abilities as gifts. These 13 abilities may come to us one at a time or all at once. They are not things like the ability to fly or see through walls; they are as simple as an abundance of patience, enhanced diplomacy skills, better memory, etc. And as we learn to use these abilities for the benefit of all (including yourself) we are given more. As we learn and do more we are given more and as we are given more the gifts get even better.

I'm not sure if that's what you were referring to, but that is what I know.

Here's a little list of abilities that I can think of right now:
Diplomacy,
Patience,
Wisdom,
Creativity,
Knowledge,
Memory,
Health,
Spiritual Strength,
Physical Strength,
Energy,
Dexterity,
Observation,
Kindness,
Generosity,
Speed,
Etc.

You may have noticed that allot of these abilities are personality traits and not what most people would think of when they think of abilities. Most people think along the lines of talent, magic, or even superhero stuff, but before you are gifted physically you are generally gifted mentally. Naturally if someone already has the perfect mind and personality they would probably be gifted physically.
