well according to me you can get highest amount of energy from your element and from nature meditate in garden and you will feel the difference yourself

I do meditate and I dont know how to use chakra but at times my arms fill like im using energy when im not trying to use it

You don't really need energy spells, but you can pratice with energy manipulation and meditation. It takes a lot of pratice, effort and time and patience. Energy may not manifest itself right away. So you need to start out with meditating every day for how ever long you may feel comfortable with. Find something that helps you relax and meditate. Rather it would be listening to music or drawing or art. Practice makes perfect. I wouldn't really worry about working on your chakras right away. If your new to energy then meditation is best place to start and while your meditating you can pratice with energy manipulation.

My grandma used like to drink a lot of Coca Cola or something then store the energy in a crystal I haven't tried that yet though. And before you ask I don't know how she did it.
