what Wicca can call and talk directly with the god or goddess?

the example is met with loki, Horus, isis, zeus.

I don't exactly understand that question.
In Norse practices, such as Asatru, we worship and commune with Norse/Germanic Gods/Goddesses. I think it would depend upon the path an practices of an individual.

I mean is that we meet face to face with the gods and goddesses.
so unlike the usual prayer is done in the church or mosque,
as we talked with her.

im not to sure i had a dream once that a woman apperad to me and kissed me on the forhead and said that she has blessed as one of her children i think it was morrigan because she is my patron goddess but it could of been wishful thinking and i invoked her and a crow appeaed and it watched me drawing the ritual i started then left when i closed the circle so i dont know :/ could be coincidence

Anyone can call upon the gods for help. Sometimes the gods answer in person. Usually it is only for those mortals they favor. If you are looking to get the favor of a god/goddess, I suggest researching what they want and offering it to them in a ritual. Be polite, gods are very powerful and usually don't appreciate being called rudely.
