health spells

does anybody have any good health spells ?? i am quite ill at the mo with a serious illness and feel i need a little help ,lrt me know i would be very grateful

i recommend sleeping, using magic for tedious things is kind of unpractical seeing as it uses you energy, and normally it uses more to do stuff w/ magic then the normal human way

but how are you ill with, maybe i can help.
