Okay I believe in a lot of gods and goddesses from three areas, the ancient greek/roman gods, the ancient egyptain gods, and eastern gods. Is it okay for me to worship all of them? Or is that a bad idea?
You can totally worship all those deities. You just shouldn't try invoking them all in to the same circle until you are really knowledgeable on magick with each of them separately. You may also wish to have separate altars for them, but this is much less urgent than the need to not mix-n-match in ritual. Just remember that you like all of them, but that doesn't necessarily translate to them all liking each other.
doesn't really matter, you could worship Poseidon and Mazu [both water dieties mind] or Nut and Loki it doesn't matter too too much. when it's a spell mind, it's better to call for a deity who knows the subject. don't call for Geb when casting a love spell. also, if you have two deities who are known enemies, or have conflicting ruling area's, or are from two religions who didn't get along, you probably shouldn't use both of them together. but as stated above, if you pray to a god and goddess you feel a bond with and have the same rule then it's fine, even if they're from different cultures.
I think you should first ask yourself why you need to worship something. I don't know your beliefs specifically, but I thought that many magicians consider themselves pantheists to some certain degree (I.e. God is the universe, everything is God, we're all connected, etc). So according to pantheism, we're all God, so why would someone bother worshiping some kind of "deity"? I would regard worshiping something as giving your energy away to that certain thing. Why wouldn't you want to use that energy in self actualization and evolution? Do God or these "Deities" want to be worshiped? Or are they looking to interact with "equals"?
I understand that a deity might help you along your magical path/evolution, but do they require worship? I think they'd appreciate respect as opposed to blind worship. They're here to guide you, not do all your work.
Not exactly trying to speak on behalf of Tori or anything, but maybe she doesn't need to and just wants to.
I do a lot of more religious worship like that and it is rather uncommon with magicians (particularly Hermetic magicians like myself) and I've been asked plenty of times why I need to worship, and I always end up asking why it comes down to need. I worship because it is enjoyable. I find it to be calming and fun, people who worship statistically live longer than those who don't so I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds it that way, and it's been a very helpful way of interacting with the divine.
To be honest it is more of I want to worship them. It makes me feel safe. I have gone my whole childhood being taught yo worship God ( I grew up Catholic ) but it never felt right to me, in my heart. Those deities that I listed, it feels right in my heart. The worshiping part that is just natural for me and I also want to. Now I don't know if they want me to or not and I don't know if they like it or not but that is what I do, I worship, it is what I have done all my life.
I to was once a worshiper, all Gods and Goddesses enjoy being worshiped.
When you find the right one that enjoys your praise and worship they will also become a type of companion and guide.
I find so much peace there, knowing I am a part of both God and Goddess
