Removing a person spell

Okay this is my problem: This person came into my life three months ago and is ripping me off and being a bully, i really need a ´getting rid of horrible person spell´ because this cant go on. Its even affecting my relationship with my boyfriend. Any ideas? This person is pure evil and will stop at nothing to make my life hell

Ive tried reasoning with the person but that hasnt worked... AND she knows where I live
The police cant do anything unless they actually have evidence. Can I use a graveyard dirt spell to banish this person completely?
