yes but these are more likely emotional and intellectual, not actually physical..

continuous meditation can increase your intellect and intuition.. better planning and setting of goals.. a more controlled emotions.. i often do feel like even thou there are negative energies around, you remain calm.. and even so, when I've reached the initial ascension of my kundalini made me have a mood swing and became very irritated with my surroundings..

continuous evocations/invocation of the daemons have elevated my self into something more..
like lilith made me ignite my burning passion for sex (that's why i have to stop my workings with her for a while), and lucifer made me illuminated about the current state/status of my life-->> that i should focus more on myself, i should learn to stand on my own feet, and always be aware of my surroundings, satandar made me became more curious about certain things in my life.. and azazel made me become what i am now..

well, these are some of the results of my works towards myself.. ;P

ps: these are personal experience.. meaning, base on my own experience..
