1. Psy Sync: Two people sit back to back. One holds the lottery play slip and a pencil, the other holds a drum. Before beginning, both people must say aloud, “The Hand of God(ess) lies within”. The one with a drum will keep a steady beat but at random (or when intuition commands), he will beat the drum three times in quick succession. The person with the play slip will hover over the numbers from the first to the last and whenever the triple drum beat sounds, he/she will mark the number that the pencil is over. Do this until the play slip is filled out.
2. Holy Incantation: Get a dungeons and dragons dice roller. One can be found here: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm. Set the bottom dice to the maximum number of the lottery game you’re playing. Look at the day of the month, pick the psalm that corresponds to the day of the month that the lottery game will be played on. (i.e. 30th of April, psalm 30). While reading the psalm aloud, click the dice roller every time you say the word God or Lord. Record the results and play. Repeat the psalm as often as necessary to get the desired number of numbers.
3. Triple Charged Ticket: Take a moment to write down at least three symbolic images you would associate with luck. Buy a quick pick lottery ticket. Hold it in front of you in your dominant hand. Close your eyes and take a slow deep breath. While doing that, visualize one of the three symbolic images you chose earlier. The more beautiful or surreal the visualization, the more powerful the charge. Open your eyes as you exhale forcefully staring at the ticket. Alternatively, you may name aloud the image visualized as you exhale. Repeat this for the last two visualizations. (I like Star, Clover, Pot o Gold, and Rainbow)
4. Golden Child: If you have a beautiful child, that child will bring you luck. Ask a beautiful child what number he likes today. (give em a range if they’re smart enough) Let that be the scratch-off you buy.
I don't know about your practices. But all I have ever learned has told me that to cast spells for your 'own' benefit is 'forbidden'. As someone said if so then ALL witches would be 'rich'

Zidneh, If you can cast spells to win the lottery then you wouldn't be on here sharing it cause you would want that secret all to yourself. This would be a nice spell if it worked but it sounds like a fantasy spell to me and a way to get someone's hope up just to be disappointed.
Personal gain much?
Helping others offers you the personal gain in which you're rewarded (I helped my grandfather move a huge load of bricks off his truck to his backyard and he hurt his leg and I helped with that using magick and I found $20 in the driveway as I was leaving)
Helping others is its own reward if not the feel of helping others then it creates itself in the way you want it (You enter a contest for something like a garden and you'll have better flowers because its just how the whole world rewards for good deeds)
Money is the biggest personal gain and even if these worked then you would
1: lose the winning ticket
2: Water would fall on it and they numbers would be gone
