past lives?

When you try to astral project, can you get flashes from a past life, or maybe notice a nearby spirit? The reason I ask is I tried the rope technique last night, but I kept getting distracted by a colonial lopking woman in a bonnet. She was talking to someone (another woman, I think(I couldn't get a good look at her))about something, men, I think,,but I was trying to force them away, so I can't be sure.

I have heard of people encountering spirits, but not flashes of thier past lives.

The more one becames attune to the astral and there astral self the more likly it is to remember past lives.

I have heard of people encountering spirits on the astral, but I've only heard of people being able to remember past lives through trance-work and hypnosis.

However, I suppose it's possible to see visions of a past life while on or trying to reach the astral plane. It's also possible that you saw spirits from a certain time period as well.

I would try doing the same thing again and see if you have the same experience. If you do, ask yourself a few questions. Do these people seem familiar to me? Does the place they are at or in seem familiar to me? If so then perhaps you are seeing vision of a past life. If not then perhaps you are seeing spirits.

I'm no expert on past-lives, past life experiences, or astral projection, but your experience is intriguing and worth further exploration.
