Has anyone else felt like they weren't human? Sometimes I feel like I have wings on my back (and my friend says that everyone does, people just don't know about it) and that I could fly away. This feeling seems very strong tonight for some reason. I would like to think that I was only half-human, but I'm not sure. I haven't heard of people knowing that they weren't, well...people. So, if this is possible and you might know what I'm talking about and can confirm what I am for me, here's some extra interesting info. about me.
I am a very kind person, I love everyone and give them all equal chances.
I woke up one day without any memories (took an hour to get my native tongue back) when I was a young, young child.
I can sense the elements that follow me around, one of them like likes me for some reason. (the water element)
Rarely I have dreams about flying and I have to believe that I can to fly in the dreams
I feel like I can fly when I sense my wings on my back, I feel like I was built for it.
So if anyone knows what any of this means, I would appreciate a very long reply! I want to know everything about the topic. Also, I really do want to believe that I'm not human because I feel this way.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you are human, and that's it. We do not have wings, though that would be cool huh? As far as waking without memories, I don't know what to say. I was in a car accident when I was a child, and I've had problems ever since. I don't remember the accident, as my mind has chosen not to let me see it. Minds do that to protect us from remembering something so awful. Did you have an experience that is too awful to remember? Are you sure you were awake? Sometimes dreams can be so real, and so very weird. You can be dreaming that you couldn't talk, then believed it because you weren't fully awake. A stroke could do that too.
You are human, no mistake on that. Wishing to have wings or to be something other than what you are, you may want to look into why you feel this way. as emotional and mental problems might be at work here. Even physical surroundings can cause you you want something that is impossible to be. I'm not putting you down, just trying to help you find answers. Look into yourself. Meditate to try and find the answer. It will come to you.
No, nothing traumatic has ever happened to me. I wasn't in a car accident or anything, and I have always had above average health. My friend is also kind of teaching me (we don't talk often anymore) but she says that everyone has wings. Perhaps her and I's beliefs are different from yours. Personally, though, I can't see anything super natural, so I have to rely on what she says most of the time. I can only sense things. But perhaps I was an angel or some type of bird in another life time? There is really no other reason why I would want to fly so bad. I've always wanted to since I lost my memory.
Adding to what has already been said, we don't have wings only birds and insects have wings.
I think you're reading to much into this. With all this talk of flying, I'm going to assume you are fond of birds? It's possible that you just have a strong affinity with the creature and thus feel a connection with it and its qualities.
Some people are just nice, others not so much. Animals are the same way. For example, my husband's cat is loving and wants to be everyone's friend. My cat, on the other hand, likes only me and my daughter. Everyone else she hisses at. I'm a very understanding and kind person (or at least I try to be). I try to be friendly and help out when I can. Meanwhile, I have a relative that is grumpy and at times mean as a rattlesnake. My point (if it hasn't been made clear already) is that it's part of our personalities. We are who we are be it by nature or life experiences and we act accordingly.
As children are memories can be difficult to hold onto. I know I personally don't remember much at all of my childhood after a certain age. Children also tend to talk in their own language. My daughter and my nephew seem carry on whole conversations with each other while those around them have no idea what they are saying. This is normal for children. Perhaps this is what you were experiencing.
I doubt your claim about the elements, while we are all capable of sensing the energies in the world around us (perhaps the elements included) I highly doubt that any of them are going to follow us around and "like-like" us.
I too have had dreams of flying, but they are just that - dreams. That, or again they could be related to your fondness for birds (if you have one) and your desire to be like them.
Everyone would like to be something or someone else at some point in their life, but as we get older we realize that we are perfect just the way we are. We are all special and unique in our own way. We are born human and we die human. There is no changing that. However, there is nothing wrong with daydreaming now and again as long as we know reality from fantasy. There are times when I wish I were a bird or could fly away (usually when my annoying neighbor feels the need to pester me about nonsense) and for a little while I let myself drift off and get lost in that fantasy world (usually just until she leaves and gives up on me answering the door.)
I do really love birds, good job on figuring that out. :D
But either way, I do feel like I could fly if I gained enough power. I also have a strong affinity to the wind and water element. Also, are there really no such things as elements (because I think that there are just tons upon tons, right? There's not just one per element I think) following people around? I've been told by my friend that the ones only follow me sometimes (like a home, they wander around during the day or something) because their emotionally attached to me. Is this all really fake? Basically, now that I think about it, is there like, only one way that's right? One thing that believes in all of the things that really exists? Because I want to believe that.
But either way, what do I do if I have an affinity towards bird? Could that let me fly(I doubt it...) because I feel like I have to fly at least one time in my life, all by myself.
Some people feel that way, sometimes i wonder and i have a faw friends like that, but if you DO have wings you can most likely only use them on the astral plane.
I believe you are sensing your aura. It can take any form for instance mine seems to have black wings. As for the memory loss it could have been a dream, alien abduction if you believe in that kind of stuff, a past life memory resurfacing or a spirit or god teaching you to hold your tongue. Sadly you are human even the real vampires and lycans are humans with an energy defiancy or feel closer to wolves than most people should. So hope this helps
So I can only fly on the astral plane perhaps? I assume that not everyone can, since some people aren't into flying like me. If you would let me, may I PM you to discuss this more? I really like how this topic is turning and I believe that you know what you are talking about. I am going to send you a PM in a few moments!
If you feel something following you around it could be a spirit guide, not an element. I've never once heard of an element following someone around.
I've heard that if you have a strong enough affinity with a certain animal you can take that shape on the astral plane. I once had a friend that said she could take the form of a wolf on the astral. Therefore, I believe it could be possible for you to astral project into an animal form when on there.
Also, if you enjoy the thought of flying have you thought of giving skydiving a try? It might give you the same sensation as flight.
