Is there a spell or ritual or potion that can automatically "snap myself out of my body"? I really want to astral project, and I have been trying for so many years that I just gave up. Whenever I try to project, I get a huge headache the day after. I have been trying for so many years , i decided it was enough. I have never once entered the vibrational stage and I'm starting to think my astral body likes my physical body too much... If theres a spell or potion PLEASE mail me! Im in need!
Some peoples souls can be 'stuck', but you have to keep at it. Scientifically, its body asleep mind awake. You see, your body is trained to observe the mind and falls asleep after it. Like sleep paralyisis, the body is asleep but the mind is not. Try training yourself in bed, at first, this is the most comfortable place. The body will send out sensations, like itches, or just tingling, to see if your concious. Ignore them, totally forget your even physical. Mentally, you just let go. Just forget life and clear your head. Day dream, think light thoughts, chant mentally, (I say body asleep mind awake) just drift. But its your job to keep your mind awake. It takes time though. While daydreaming visualize popping out of your body, this can be a type of psychic suggestion, or can just help. More importantly, do not be afraid. Nothing can hurt you and fear just makes everything harder.
Try doing it in the morning when you first wake up, but are only "half-awake" if you know what I mean. Try your techniques then. Also, try saying "VIBRATE" mentally once you're in a trance-like state.
There have been spells designed and potions brewed to help induce astral projection but the actual splitting itself is done by willful or subconscious splitting between the astral and physical bodies.
I have a dream encyclopedia and in it there is a tecniqe for astral projection.
1.Remove all jewelry and loosen all clothing
2.Darken the room and lay down in a comfortable position
3.Close your eyes and try focusing on ONE object. When other images start to pop into your mind, just watch them but try not to analyze them as this could cause you to loose relaxation
4.After a while try and clear your mind and just stare as the blackness behind your eyelids.
5.Try to focus on your feild of vision behind your eyelids
6.Do nothing more for a while
7. After a while you might notice light patterns. Watch those and try not to focus on anything else.
8. After seeing the light, imagine yourself floating upwars and how nice it would be to leave your physical body
*I also use insence to calm myself, if you have any, this might help.
