Spell Help Please

So Monday July 2nd at 4:00am me and a (kind of) believer (of witchcraft) friend cast a wind spell. the setup was a pentacle I had drawn with 8 candles around it (we each lit 4 for equal effort). We got IMMEDIATE answers and it was only a waxing gibbous moon. It was even on the news and they said it was (unexpected storms). WELL, on July 3rd at 12:00am on a FULL moon, me and 3 other believers cast the same spell and ha no success. However the 3 people were skeptic about other things going on in their lives. What could have made it not work?????? The negative energy from them? The extra candle we put in the middle of a printed out pentacle?

I don't have much experience, but it could have been the lack of belief or focus. Magic doesnt work every single time, especially for beginners like us. And I've learn the results aren't always immediate. Just wait it out, and keep practicing :)
