hello im new to this and im wondering if theres any way to control elements im just curious cause id like to learn to do this and i have no idea were to start

Well simply you cannot "control" a element. That's like controlling a animal, or having a person or whatever. You can however balance out your elements. Learn them all as equals. But, welcome to S.O.M. and the world of Wicca :)

May i ask when did he or she said that she will be following the path of wicca?

Also , you cannot control the elements.The very most you can do is work with them and perhaps even maniuplate them.

Kinesis on the various elements might work if the element used is extremly tiny and inconsequential , however , even then , the difficulty ranges from difficult to impossible. And furthermore , it is a purely useless skill that has no usage in the least.

It depends on what control you mean. You can control the elements but on little things not big things such as moving the ground or changing the earth. There is some restrictions. What do you want to control? Your just a bigger so it's gonna take some time! By time I don't mean days it could be months!
