The Kitchen in magick?

Hi, I was wondering - what can I use, in my kitchen, knives, spices, veggies, fruits, those things, in magick?

Also, what would be an appropriate, but short, name to put as the title for my notebook section on this? Would I need a new notebook?

your title can be anything that reminds you of kitchen magick or even something you find funny related to your topic. I do it wrong and have everything jumbled in one book...

As for Kitchen items virtually anything can be used! onions for example are used alot... i have many varying spices cayanne pepper, cinnamon, rosemary, dill, fennel seeds, coriander, basil, parsley, honey... I've seen some spells using brown sugar. Oh fudge! i could go on and on and on!

I've even seen a lucky hot fudge sundae spell. Google books by Lexa Rosean. I recommend The Supermarket Sorceress, if it's still available, it's a great book for the modern kitchen witch (and yes that's where I read the sundae spell).
You may want a new notebook since you'll have it in the kitchen around food. But it's really your choice, whatever you think will work best.
