Becareful offering natural medicine advice. Always suggest they check first for allergic reaction behind the ear or on the wrist if its topical. And if its internal mention all possible countradictions of the herb(s). If they have a serious medical condition or take medication, they should ask/let their doctor know of the natural medicine they wish to use before starting on it.
