Well here is some stuff that can help
Join a coven (your choice, I'm in darkness) people check there coven forums more often

Look up with @searchbar
Third Eye
Chakra
PSIball
Then look for spells with basic psi ball,

Hope you get started, once you start you will be more influenced to have confidence_
