Astral Projection.

What exactly is the astral projection? I don't know much about it. but would like to know

I'm not an expert but my husband and I have been looking into AP (astral projecting) for a while now. Basically, its your spirit body separating from your physical body and exploring the astral world. I believe when we dream, the reality we see is the astral world, most just can't tell the difference. If you realize that you are in a dream, you can do just about anything you want to. That is called lucid dreaming. Its pretty much letting your body fall asleep while your mind is still conscious of everything that's going on. I've been trying to astral project myself and they say you feel your body vibrate and tingle when it starts. That has happened to me but I haven't actually done it yet. It takes practice but seems really cool. Hoped this helped. :)
