New binding spell

I've been thinking and since I looked at the binding spells and didn't see any that would bind to people who didn't know each other, but they are bonded to each other meaning they have to find that person, the need to be with that person.
If you we're binding a celebrity to you, then they would have to find you seek you out stop at nothing to find you. Though it should also works on people who you've only heard of there names and know what they look like writer a picture or mentally in there head.
