simple spells?

does any one know any really simple spells that do not requier anything or take much effort

Unfortunately no. There are plenty of spells that require little to no resources but none that require little effort to cast. All spell work falls back onto the grounding of a basic skill set that needs to be in place first, I'm sure you'll have read on the site many people referring to 'the basics' often thought of including (But not entirely limited to) meditation, visualization, centering and grounding and energy manipulation. Although most practitioners would also recommend many other areas such as moon phases, candles, herbs, incenses, crystals, etc but they can be added to your knowledge later on. Magic is not to perform easy unfortunately it takes a lot of focus and work to get it right.
