Can anyone please tell me how to open up your third eye chakra?

Before moving to the third eye you will need to be sure your other chakras are activated and in balance. Otherwise it can be quite hard

like BelliaAmore said, you can't jump into balancing one chakra and not the others, or in a random order. if you've been working on all the others, then it's fine, but focusing on one, or doing them in any random order won't end well. start with your root and work your way up.

There are seven main chakras or energy points within the body. They run from the root to the crown or from the base of the body to the top of the head. As already stated one needs to work with all of the chakras to open and align them. One can not open and align or have a chakra function properly without working with all of the chakras simultaneously. This means you need to take the time to meditate and work with all of the chakras on a regular basis. I suggest working for about 15-20 minutes a day with your chakras to open and align them. There are many third eye spells, to open up your ancient powers. Others have advised correctly, balance is very important. In which way do you want to focus this second sight? Auras?
