Well, I couldn't help but cast this love spell with this red candle with a picture of Jesus on it I used. I used a the candle because I didn't have a pink candle and there was no other candle I could use. So when I was ready to cast the spell, I closed my eyes and when I was finish the candle had gone out by itself and I wasn't holding it nor was I close to it either. Now I cannot do anything about it. Is this a bad thing?

well, a picture of Jesus on the candle??!!! that's not good. You should have never used that candle. Anyway, since you have already done that, try the spell again using a red candle, not a pink one. and if the same thing happens again, then try a different love spell.

I have told you this before, its not anything bad. In some paths Jesus is recognised as a power spirit and a good one to call upon.

If the candle went out during the spell then either there was a draft or your wish was heard.

Don't worry your sweet little head, lots of young practitioners would say "oh that's bad, Jesus was a Christian and Christians hate witches" Don't worry at all. Its all fine.

When I was contacting a past loved one the same thing happened to my candle (although it was white and didn't have religious figures on it). And when it happened it just signified that my working was complete and that I counld continue with my day. So, your candle going out could mean that the working was a success and your wish was granted.

@Dark, why would it be bad to have Jesus on a candle? I'm asuming you said this based upon how it is stereotypical for Christians to fight against witches and magic? Anyways, Universia don't worry about candle color or what you have on it, it's the thought that really counts when casting spells. :)

Rain, that's one reason yeah. But the main reason behind me saying that is because as the candle burns, so will the photo of Jesus in it, and it will keep on burning until the full picture of him is burnt. And that's kind of disrespect to Jesus.

I mean, I'm agnostic, but I just happened to find one of my mom's candle's lit, so I used it because it was the one I needed.

@ Dark: The picture of Jesus wasn't inside the candle, it was outside the class it was holding the wax in.
