Magick is not like hollywood sci-fi/fantasy movies. It's not like Harry Potter either where you shoot the object and destroy it.But it's a matter of influencing energies, sending it through the universe which brings a spell to a certain outcome depending on the correspondence, belief and will the caster has.
You cannot move, destroy or set things into fire, etc.Magick doesn't work like that.Magick can help you improve situations slightly, but you must do your work in your turn. However i heard that human's sub-concious mind can do such things, however it isn't possible to just say that "hereby i use my sub-concious mind, let this object move!".So,sorry to say,you have to use physical methods to move physical objects.
Greater things can happen, but magick cannot change the laws of physics. If such things would have happened, then there would be chaos in the world, enemies will start to destroy enemie's houses, blah, blah and moreover we would have read it in the headlines of newspaper around the world that he/she has burned that box by just chanting some words or by the gaze of a eye.Hence, the answer is just no.
Things that are 'more extreme' that happen, really don't happen. At least to the extent of destroying an object as everyone else already suggested. So no, you can't destroy or move anything.
you mean like concentrate and the thing will explode? no. you could try a banishing spell to get the family who owns the dog to move, or in an extreme case a death spell. both are rather harsh negative spells, and the death spell [especially on an animal] i wouldn't recommend.
don't know if you believe in the three fold law, but one of my coven mates cast a death spell a few years ago. [when he was in another coven] the person died, but because things come back 3 times, his coven abandoned him, his marriage failed and a third thing he refuses to say happened in the course of a year as the person's health declined. point is, think before you do, he spent a year reflecting before he cast.
what did the 'living object' do? maybe you could talk to the person or the owner, or seek legal action if it's dangerous. if it's an animal, you can call the township and file a complaint free and anonymously.
Yeah as everyone else has stated, Magic is not at all like Hollywood has made it out to be. Think about magic in a realistic way. You can't blow away a house with a flick of a wand, or turn a boulder into snow, it'd be fun, but its just not possible.
