Flow of magic

I have heard that only people that can feel the flow of magic can do it well i have felt cold shivers and a wierd sensation ever since i was 5 do you think thats the flow of magic i want to experience it so much and have tried many things but i cant make a wand cant find a good enough hollow stick and i need help i dont think i jnow enough does anyone have any suggestions for me i wish to use my powers for good helping people its my dream even though some people think magic isnt real we know it is.
