I'll comment on some of the books you suggested.

Ann Moura is not Wiccan. She will tell you yourself that she is a Witch...not a Wiccan. So her books, while perhaps a good reference on some topics won't help much with Wicca.

Silver Ravenwolf is a very unreliable author. Much of what she writes about is inaccurate and misleading. She is not well respected within the Wiccan community because of some of her actions.

Likewise Raven Grimassi is not Wiccan. He was initiated into Wicca at one time, but he has since moved on to practicing and writing about a Wiccan-flavord form of Italian Witchcraft.

Cunningham is not a bad author for those just starting out. At one point he was one of the few authors that were available for those wanting to learn about Wicca. But there are better authors out there. Scott's assertion that "Wicca is anything you want it to be" is another inaccurate statement. If it were true...which it is not...it would mean that Wicca was essentially without any meaning at all.

Buckland's book is a good book, but a bit dated and his history of Wicca is no longer considered to be true.

If I might suggest some better titles then these are some I would recommend:

"Wicca" by Vivianne Crowley

"The Elements of Ritual" by Deborah Lipp

"Wicca for Beginners: Fundamentals of Philosophy & Practice" by Thea Sabin

"The Witches' God" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"The Witches' Goddess" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"Wicca: A Year and a Day" by Timothy Roderick

And of course I think that anyone who wants to practice Wicca should at some point go back and read the books by Gerald Gardner that laid the foundation for modern Wicca.

"Witchcraft Today" and "The Meaning of Wicca"

It should also be said for those just starting out that there are a number of authors out there whose writings have some real problems. I personally don't recommend the following:

Silver Ravenwolf

D.J. Conway

Edain McCoy

Douglas Monroe

Kisma Stepanich

Gavin and Yvonne Frost

Fiona Horne

Konstantinos

Raven Grimassi

Sybil Leek writes some interesting books, but she is not Wiccan nor does she write about Wicca. So if you are looking specifically for good books on Wicca she is not an author I would choose to read.
