Herbs can be very important when casting spells. I use herbs mostly when im casting spells.Sachets can be made with certain herbs to promote a specific emotion, or to draw people or something to you. They can also be used for protection, health, and luck. Using them in tea has great results.

chamomile tea helps you sleep and become calm. But you have to be very careful: some herbs can be dangerous if taken internally or used too many times.

Thanks so much, for this, Rain. Quite frankly, most overlook herbalism and in truth it can be very important or some may think it is too hard to remember all of those herbs and which ones are poisonous are not.

One thing I wish to add here is for the ones beginning in herbal magick: just research the common kitchen herbs, like garlic or onion, etc.

As Rain said, keep in mind of those poisonous herbs as well. Even Cinnamon, which is a common spice, can irritate the skin (it's not posonous, just an example.)

On the other hand, Belladonna, which has many names, is a fatal herb and should not be used at all if you do not know what you are doing.
