I do not astral. However, every night someone is astralling to me. I can feel them touching me while I am in bed.

Is there any way I can communicate with the astraller? Reason being I want to find out who it is. I need a full proof way to find out. Thanks

Well, if you believe you are being visited by an entity, it is very likely from an astral realm. If you want to make contact, consider a summoning spell, Ouija board, or meeting it through AP. However, these could be unsafe and with my understanding of spirits it would be best to do a cleansing. Consider cleansing your room with sage, holy water, possibly a spell.
