Moon and spells

Hey, I am new at the craft and spell casting. But find myself drawn to it. I have a couple of spells I would like to cast, and some cleansing that I need to do. Do you have to cast certain types of spell according to the moons phase?

You do not have to, though a common belief is that doing so may aid in the spell. Generally the waning moon is added to spells about decreasing and banishing, while the waxing moon is associated with growth and summoning. Some use the full moon for life spells, and the new moon for death spells.

Why don't u experiment a bit with magick. Try different spells difffernet times. I perform healing spells any time of the day any day of the month. Its not about the moon or hour of the day or even the tools u use. Its about ur intention, focus and belief
