directing energy

I have no idea how I do it when I do can anyone help me develop a technique?

your talking bout directing energy to a certain direction, if so, I can help with that

If your having problems, maybe you should try something like a wand or a sword. It will help you direct it, and than once you get the hand of it, you can try just using your finger and pointing. The wand or sword is just a way to help give your mind a visual as to what your directing at.

I have posted an article on learning to work with energy. A link to it is posted on my profile. There are three important points to remember. First, relax. Energy does not flow well through tense muscles or tense minds. Second, energy follows breath and motion. So, exhale as you project energy, inhale as you draw in energy. Also, using body motion like drawing the arme in when bringing energy in and then thrusting them toward what you are directing energy towards when sending is a good idea. Third, energy follows thought and imagination. If you mind is bouncing from one place to another while you are trying to do energy work, your work will be just as scattered. If you do not yet know how to focus your mind properly you may want to spend time learning meditation.
