gifted, but need help

I have a gift, but I it's been a while since I use it... how can I give it a boost up?

Any ideas?

you could try to use it more often to devolope it

i tried that... i even try meditation... but once I use it I get exhausted... I need something for not for my soul for my essance

Well telling what your gift is could give us a better clue on how to help. My gift is psi absorbtion, or psychic vampire some like to say. But when I couldn't absorb or use the energy I had to open my chakras and it instantly magnified my power or "gift" . This could be the case for you as well.

Chakras should be opened and then meditation should help a lot

As with any gifts or talents, practice always helps. As you use it more, your tolerance for the side-effects will go up. Eventually using it will be as easy and natural as breathing the air around you (:

Since its been awhile, I suggest you start at the basics, and don't use too much at a time. Slowly increase how much of your gift you use so you have a chance to get used to it.
