newbie troubles

Hi guys I new at magic and pagan stuff so I have some question
1. I believed in christinity before this and I afraid about that is this ok to change god so easy
2. Do my spells really works I believe in magic but not in myself power so is there any way to understand do spell worked becouse sometimes I using strenght chant at work and it like a things get a slighty more easy do that mean it worked?
3. Is there some meetings of wizards in every country ?
4. last thing can someone can tell next steps I read some wicca books online and found some excercises visualization meditation dream recall this one dont work for me I dont have.any single dream for long time any tips how to have dream to obe?

Btw my imagine isnt really good I can imagine everything moving come from nowhere but its like 144 youtube quality hard to see is this shall be so bad.or need to be high quality?

1. Yes its ok because not every witch was a christian. You can be a christin witch and still worship your god.
2. It will if you focus and are patient. Magick is mysterious and unpredictable.
3. I never knew a witch to be called a wizzard, male and female. Witches have covens online or offline. Offline witches gather together in an area, set up the altar, cast the circle and do rituals. After they talk amongs themselfs and welcome new commers.

4. Are you talking about dreamwork? The best advice I can give you is that every night before you go to sleep chant:

" I will remember my dreams." nine times.
Make sure you have a journal next to your bed where you can record your dreams. Notice shapes,colors,sounds,images,and the background and hint the emotion of the dream. Blessed be.
