Hi guys I need help

I just want to ask how long I'm I to try one spell befor I can do it and also when I'm trying a spell like trying to move things with my mind and my mind start to feel funny is that normal

Well, first before you even think about doing a spell. Take some time and study your craft. I can already tell you're really inexperienced so you should probably go to Newbie Central which can be found on the home page. Another thing, all spells on this site are not real there seems to be a lot more fake spells than real spells on this site lately. So, don't believe everything you see on here. Although magic can cause great results to your wanting, it can only do so much. And, you're talking about Telekinesis right? I don't think a spell can automatically give you that ability you have to really work hard and meditate to do this dealing with psychic abilities.

I think what is going on is that you are attempting to cause to much stress on your brain, to much stress on the brain can have some negative effects which would probably include the "funny" feelings you are experiencing.
Also telekinesis is possible today and does exist, just in the form of a game (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/news/4126913/Mind-game-where-players-use-brainwaves-to-float-ball-through-hoops-unveiled.html), the game harnesses brain waves and brain signals, ultimately sending information to a machine (game) to move a ball up or down through an obstacle.
