Protection Voodoo Doll

I would like to know if there are any cleansing, healing, and protection voodoo doll spell that I can perform upon myself. I am terribly sick (cannot tell you what I'm going through because I don't want to put myself out there) and I need spiritual help. Can someone please guide me to what colors to pick out for this kind of spell for the voodoo doll, the oils, the herbs, the gemstones, the incense and the chant/spell to make this work?

I also would like to know if the healing voodoo doll spell has to be done by another person or can you self heal with your own voodoo spell?

you can definitely use a doll on yourself, thats no problem. just take an object of yours ( hair or nail clippings ), attach them to the doll, name the doll yourself. and use it that way.
if you want to fill the doll with herbs used for healing, i would use angelica, barley, bay, sandalwood, mugwort, rosemary, among many others. use a white doll.
and then just use it the way you see fit, or follow the instructions placed by other paths or traditions
