Magic?

Magic is merly energy. Energy is everywhere.

That is what magic is.

True. But why do some people spell it magick? Is it a typo or another word itself?

@ JustaSceptic it's a personal preference. most people in our society see magic as make believe. many witches grew to hate this negative view, so they began to spell it with the 'k' at the end to show the difference between Hollywood magic and spiritual magick. not every witch spells it this way, one of the more noteworthy pagans Scott Cunningham in fact loathed to use of the 'k'. it's just preference. i jump back and forth personally, on forums i use the 'k' but in my BoS i do not.

what is magick? like witchessong said it's energy. it's natural energy found around us. it's neutral and found where there is life. the caster is what directs it and gives it a charge [positive or negative] it's a part of life.
